Not a bad film, little different to what I had expected after seeing the trailer. SPOILER ALLERT! I was so shocked when she died just out of the blue, it was all looking good for them and bam just like that. None the less very effective. Pretty nice film overall. Some beautiful shots landscape shots and the flats and apartments used very nice, I really like the way tattered walls look on camera and the idea it creates.
The Heat
Pretty funny but as I had expected not as funny as it could have been considering these are two seriously funny ladies. It's a good film though, worth a watch. Story is decent.
Now You See Me
Very good, really enjoyable film. Have to question the ending a little, not sure if I liked it something didn't feel right.
Cabin in the Woods
A little cheesy in place but a typical horror, not bad really. I know a lot of people like it, I'm quite a horror fan but I quite enjoyed it and I'm not a fan of zombie films in the slightest now this isn't a zombie film but it has them in which usually puts me off. This however I didn't mind, uses typical horror tricks but does it well. Nicely shot.
Saving Mr Banks
Actually a very good film, the story behind Mary Poppins you just wouldn't know. Such a lovely story. Disney haven't been making the greatest films lately but this one is definitely a good one. I'd recommend it.
