Well there's still the release of King No-One's Live set which is being looked at by the people I filmed for (This and That Promotions) and Karama's Promo video will be coming.
There's the premiere of Cache and the accompanying documentary later this month at the Media Museum. I'm rather excited for this, I worked as a lighting technician on Cache and did a little interview in the documentary. I look terrible but regardless of that the film looks visually great from what I've seen, hoping the story is too. The documentary was made by Mafia Productions, have a look at his work https://www.facebook.com/MafiaProductioncompany?fref=ts
Berlin film festival next month, not entered anything just excited to go to it. Besides Bradford's Animation Festival this is my first film festival. I'm excited to take some photos in Berlin and watch some great films.
Course wise I'm excited to produce a film, be interesting to work on a film with a none creative role and support someone in that process. Making an advert, could be cool. My class running a film festival, this is going to be a lot of work but it should be great. Never done anything like that I think we'll all learn a lot.
There'll be more work with This and That Promotions for DDLTV, filming for them see how that goes. https://www.facebook.com/DoubleDenimLive?fref=ts YouTube Channel: DDLTV2013
More photography, hopefully more films. Maybe other bigger things we'll see.
BYFA I remain undecided whether to attending this summer (That's British Youth Film Academy) run by the Co-operative. http://britishyouthfilmacademy.com
Continuing work experience with the BBC, moving onto sound soon. Really excited for that so much to learn about sound. Currently a weak spot of me so going to try learn as much as I can.
It's a big year, lots of decisions to be made. I'll be finishing my HND as far as I've decided I don't want to top it up just yet, I know people rave about degrees but currently I feel work experience is more important, if it gets recommended I top-up then I'll think about it. Until then, I need to have a look at some options really, see what's out there.
